Care Guide

〇 Before First Use - Washing a new towel once before use will make it more comfortable to use. It may initially produce some lint, but this will decrease after a few washes. *Excludes towels made of untwisted yarn. - Storing towels in their new condition for long periods may cause discoloration. 〇 Washing Instructions - We recommend using a washing course with a high water level. - Drum-type washing machines clean by agitating clothes with a small amount of water, which may cause the pile to become stiff. For drum-type machines, using the drying function as well will result in a fluffier finish. - Be cautious when washing with items that have zippers or hook-and-loop fasteners, as they may snag the pile. 〇 Choosing Detergent - Avoid using detergents with fluorescent agents or chlorine bleach, as they may cause discoloration. - Fabric softeners may reduce the towel's absorbency, so their use is discouraged. However, they are recommended for older towels that have become stiff over time. 〇 Spinning and Drying - Prolonged spinning can flatten the pile and cause stiffness. - Leaving the towel after spinning may result in the pile hardening in a flattened state, so dry it promptly. - Intense sunlight may cause discoloration or stiffness; dry the towel in a well-ventilated, shaded area. - Leaving a towel wet can lead to odors, mold, and bacterial growth, so take care to avoid this. 〇 Maintaining Volume - To keep your towel soft and fluffy, hold both ends of the towel after washing and shake it to straighten its shape before drying. By shaking it in the air, the fibers will stand up, resulting in a fluffy finish. 〇 Storage - Store towels in a fluffy state without compressing them as much as possible. - Since towels absorb moisture, store them in a well-ventilated area. 〇 If the Pile Gets Snagged - Towels are delicate textiles and may get snagged by nails or other objects. - If the pile is pulled out, cut it at the base with scissors, taking care not to damage the base fabric. - If the hem or edge frays, sewing over it with a machine can prevent further unraveling.
