Its unique shape and color have been faithfully recreated through expert lacquering and woodturning techniques. It's a bowl that lets you feel the comforting essence of Kyoto in your everyday dining.
The designer of this product is Kazunari Miyake (miyake design), who has also worked on product designs for MUJI. While incorporating the distinctive features of the Shishigatani pumpkin, attention has been paid to details such as the rounded sides, the height of the base, and the overall size, making it a form that's easy to use in daily life.
