Care Guide

〇 Before Use - Washing a new towel once with water improves its comfort. At first, fine lint may come off, but this will lessen after a few washes. *Excludes towels made of non-twisted yarn. - Long-term storage without use may cause discoloration. 〇 Washing Instructions - It is recommended to use a washing cycle with plenty of water. - Drum-type washing machines clean by pounding clothes with minimal water, which may cause the pile to become stiff. For drum-type machines, using the drying function helps achieve a fluffy finish. - Be cautious when washing with items that have zippers or Velcro, as they may snag the pile. 〇 Choosing Detergent - Avoid using detergents with fluorescent agents or chlorine-based bleach, as they may cause discoloration. - Refrain from using fabric softeners, as they may reduce the towel's absorbency. Only use on towels that have become stiff due to aging. 〇 Spin-Drying and Drying - Prolonged spin-drying may crush the pile, making it stiff. - Leaving the towel after spin-drying may cause the pile to settle in a crushed state, so dry it immediately. - Strong sunlight may cause fading and stiffness; dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. - Avoid leaving towels damp, as it may lead to odors, mold, and bacteria growth. 〇 Maintaining Volume - To keep your towel soft and fluffy, shake it by holding both ends and snapping it into shape before drying. Shaking in the air lifts the fibers for a fluffier finish. 〇 Storage - Store towels in a fluffy state without compressing them as much as possible. - Towels absorb moisture, so store them in a well-ventilated place. 〇 If the Pile Gets Snagged - Towels are delicate fabrics and may snag on nails or other objects. - If the pile gets stretched, cut it at the base with scissors, taking care not to damage the base fabric. - If the hem or edges fray, sewing over the area with a machine will prevent further unraveling.
