Care Guide

〇 At the Start of Use - For optimal comfort, wash new towels with water once before use. Although fine lint may appear initially, it will become less noticeable after several washes. *Excludes zero-twist yarn towels. - Prolonged storage of brand-new towels may cause discoloration. 〇 Washing Instructions - We recommend washing using a cycle with a high water level. - Drum-type washing machines clean by agitating clothes with minimal water, which may cause the pile to stiffen. For drum-type machines, using the drying function will result in a fluffier finish. - Be cautious when washing with items that have zippers or velcro, as they may snag the pile. 〇 Choosing Detergent - Avoid using fluorescent agents or chlorine-based bleach, as they may cause discoloration. - Refrain from using fabric softeners, as they can reduce the towel’s absorbency. Fabric softeners are recommended only for towels that have stiffened over time due to aging. 〇 Spin-Drying and Drying - Prolonged spin-drying may flatten the pile and make it stiff. - Leaving the towel after spin-drying may cause the pile to harden in a flattened state, so hang it up promptly. - Strong sunlight may cause color fading and stiffening of the towel, so dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. - Avoid leaving wet towels as this may lead to odor, mold, and bacterial growth. 〇 Maintaining Volume - To keep your towels soft and fluffy, hold both ends of the towel and shake it out to restore its shape before drying. Shaking it in the air helps lift the fibers, resulting in a fluffy finish. 〇 Storage - Store towels in their fluffy state without compressing them as much as possible. - Since towels absorb moisture, store them in a well-ventilated area. 〇 If the Pile Snags - Towels are delicate textiles and may snag due to nails or other sharp objects. - Trim any pulled loops at the base with scissors, being careful not to damage the fabric. - If the hem or edges fray, sewing over the area with a sewing machine can prevent further fraying.
