While new towels may initially shed fine lint, this will diminish after a few washes. *Excludes towels made of untwisted yarn. ・Storing new towels for years without use may cause color fading. 〇 Washing Instructions ・We recommend using a washing course with a high water level. ・Drum-type washing machines clean by agitating laundry with minimal water, which may cause the pile to stiffen. For drum-type machines, using the drying function will result in a softer finish. ・Avoid washing together with items featuring zippers or hook-and-loop fasteners, as these may snag the pile. 〇 Choosing Detergents ・Avoid using fluorescent agents or chlorine-based bleach, as they may cause discoloration. ・Refrain from using fabric softeners, as they may reduce the towel's absorbency. Fabric softeners are recommended only for towels that have hardened due to aging. 〇 Spin-Drying and Drying Methods ・Prolonged spin-drying may flatten the pile and cause stiffness. ・Leaving towels unattended after spin-drying may cause the pile to harden in a flattened state, so promptly hang them to dry. ・Strong sunlight may cause color fading and stiffness; dry towels in a breezy, shaded area. ・Do not leave wet towels unattended, as this can lead to odors, mold, and bacterial growth. 〇 Maintaining Volume ・To keep your towels soft and fluffy over time, gently shake the towel by holding both ends and snapping it in the air before hanging it to dry. This helps the fibers stand up, resulting in a fluffier finish. 〇 Storage Instructions ・Store towels in a fluffy, uncompressed state as much as possible. ・Since towels absorb moisture, store them in a well-ventilated area. 〇 If the Pile Gets Snagged ・Towels are delicate woven fabrics that may snag on nails or other objects. ・If the pile becomes stretched, cut it at the base with scissors, taking care not to damage the foundation fabric. ・If the hem or edges begin to fray, sewing over the frayed area with a sewing machine can prevent further unraveling.
