Initially, fine lint may come off, but this will decrease after a few washes. *Excluding towels made of untwisted yarn. - Storing new towels for many years may cause discoloration. 〇 Washing Instructions - We recommend using a washing course with a large amount of water. - Drum-type washing machines use less water and clean by pounding clothes, which may cause the pile to harden. If using a drum-type washer, it is recommended to use the drying function as well for a fluffier finish. - Be careful not to wash towels together with items that have zippers or Velcro, as they may snag the pile. 〇 Choosing Detergent - Avoid using fluorescent or chlorine-based bleach, as they may cause discoloration. - Refrain from using fabric softeners, as they may reduce the towel's absorbency. Softener use is only recommended for older towels that have become stiff over time. 〇 How to Dehydrate and Dry - Prolonged dehydration may flatten the pile and make it hard. - Leaving towels after dehydration can cause the pile to harden in a flattened state, so hang them promptly. - Strong sunlight can cause color fading and harden towels, so dry them in a well-ventilated shaded area. - Leaving wet towels unattended can lead to odors, mold, and bacterial growth. 〇 To Maintain Volume - To keep your towels soft and fluffy, hold both ends after washing, shake them lightly in the air to shape them before hanging to dry. Shaking them in the air helps the fibers to stand up, resulting in a fluffier finish. 〇 Storage Instructions - Store towels in a fluffy state without compressing them as much as possible. - Since towels absorb moisture, store them in a well-ventilated place. 〇 If the Pile Snags - Towels are delicate textiles and may snag on things like nails. - If the pile stretches, cut it at the base with scissors, taking care not to damage the main fabric. - If the hem or edges fray, sewing over them with a machine can prevent further unraveling.
